Three level of human transformation

NeuroSurfing
How you think
NeuroBalance
How you feel
How you act
NeuroSprints
Most neuroscience coaching programs operate at a single level — usually cognition.

Neurointegration is the only methodology that works systematically across all three, with proprietary protocols for each

It's a hybrid "coach + trainer" model — the only one of its kind with ICF accreditation

Traditional coaching says "never give advice."

A Neurointegration Coach combines deep coaching skills with prescriptive, neuroscience-based protocols.

APRIL 6 – JULY 12, 2026

13 weeks to a new profession

Week 0

Orientation & Onboarding

Team assignments, platform access, cohort setup, 1:1 supervision.

Week 1-3

Module 1. The Operating System

You'll learn the proprietary NeuroSprint™ system for turning goals into structured experiments, build the optimal sprint rhythm with weekly reflection, and integrate the NeuroBalance system — including the SANE algorithm, a four-step protocol for mitigating stress and preventing burnout. Starting Week 2, you're not just studying the method — you're living it, running your own sprints in mini-groups

Week 4

Integration Week

No new material. Reflection + 1:1 supervision.

Week 5-7

Module 2. From Patterns to Practice

Go deeper into the Neurointegration iceberg with NeuroOrbits and NeuroSurfing — our proprietary system rooted in cognitive behavioral psychology for identifying and shifting unhelpful thinking patterns. You'll then build your coaching toolkit through triad practice, exploring the neuroscience behind each core coaching skill. The module culminates with the Client Roadmap — a step-by-step algorithm for supporting clients across different engagement formats, from individual programs to group and business contexts.

Week 8

Integration Week

No new material. Reflection + 1:1 supervision.

Week 9-11

Module 3. The Complete Client Cycle

Put everything together by practicing the complete client engagement cycle from start to finish. Working in triads, you'll conduct a full Diagnostic Session using proprietary assessment tools, guide a Strategy Session to help your client select the right sprint experiments, then coach them through a live sprint — tracking progress, facilitating weekly reflections, and adjusting the approach in real time. You'll experience both sides of the relationship, acting as coach and coachee, so you graduate with the confidence to lead every stage of the client journey.

Week 12

Business Workshop & Assessment

Practice in triads, final assignments, 1:1 supervision.

Week 13

Results & Certificates

Final results, certificate issuance.

What sets this program apart

The only ICF accredited three level methodology

Others work at one level. Neurointegration operates across actions, thinking, and state — with proprietary protocols for each.

Evidence-based & validated

Validated in 7,000+ participants through recognized clinical assessments. Applied neuroscience, not pop psychology.

Hybrid coach + trainer model

Other programs train you to ask questions. We also train you to prescribe — specific interventions tailored to each client.

Licensed materials ("practice in a box")

Diagnostic tests, audio guides, session templates, adaptation algorithms, profile page, business workshop. Practiceready on graduation.

How this compares

Comparable ICF-accredited programs range from $5,000 to $15,000+ — and most don’t include proprietary methodology, licensed diagnostic tools, or supervised practice.

What our graduate earn

Average rate among our graduates: $340–$380/month per client. At 10–15 clients, that’s $3,400–$5,700/month.

How to get started

RESULTS

What our graduates have achieved

  • Alexey brought three concrete business problems: team cohesion, surfacing topics that worry people but go undiscussed, and focusing on solving key tasks. The program delivered: “Through gaining practical experience, I now have both the understanding and the confidence in how to approach implementing this methodology in business.”

The element that stood out: “The work in pairs and triads was a source of real, applicable experience.”

    Program rating: 10/10
    Alexey Savkin
    Business leader, Germany
  • Polina sees Neurointegration as the backbone of a larger offering: “My key result is a toolkit for creating products using a multimodal approach, where Neurointegration is the foundation for restoring a person’s baseline state and developing their thinking — finding the connection between what they do and how they think.”

She praised specific elements: supervisor session reviews, the wealth of prepared materials, and the course platform’s excellent interface. “The care and predictability from the curators was remarkable. And the workshop with Katerina was simply a bomb!”

    Program rating: 10/10
    Polina Legostaeva
    Screenwriter, producer, coach, Israel
  • Natalya underwent real transformation during the program: “I integrated so much into my life during my client sprint. I understood the value of coaching work, and my knowledge of the brain became even more complete.”

The triad practice was a revelation: “It helped me understand the essence of coaching work and feel it on my own skin. And the supervisor’s feedback was perfectly timed, attentive, and genuinely valuable.”

“I want to say thank you for this program — from the packaging to the essence of the product. For the people who create it, for the algorithm that has been tested by time, experience, and practice. I dreamed of this program and haven’t regretted a single moment — not the time spent, not the money, not the energy.”

    Program rating: 10/10
    Natalya Zapishnaya
    Facilitation coach, psychotherapist, Ukraine
  • Anastasia’s journey through the program was marked by a growing certainty: “I now have a clear understanding and firm belief that I chose the right path — to be a Neurointegration coach and confidently carry this knowledge to people.”

What struck her most was the program’s step-by-step design: “The way information was delivered in stages, with time built in for new skills to integrate — I could physically feel new capabilities forming inside me. The training is simply designed so that there’s no chance of not completing it.”

“Thank you for the opportunity to gain a new profession. The Neurointegration method is something I love deeply, and now I can officially share it with others.”

    Program rating: 10/10
    Anastasia Verevka
    Entrepreneur, Belarus
  • Dashima didn’t wait for graduation — she began building her practice while still in the program. “I know how to launch my career as a Neurointegration coach, and I’ve already started.” By the end of the training, Dashima had enrolled five paying clients into her group sprint program.

For her, the community was transformative: “The socialization! The feeling of teamwork, of a big family. The deep experience of collaborating with the team and the opportunity to cross-pollinate through colleagues’ experiences.”

    Program rating: 10/10
    Dashima Dambieva

  • Alesia wasted no time: “I composed and implemented a large block from the program into my existing client support. It strengthened my practice and opened the possibility of raising my rates. I became more confident and bolder in my expertise.”

She praised the overall program format and schedule: “Everything was excellent for me. The program is brilliantly put together.”

    Program rating: 9/10
    Alesia Aminova

  • Olena’s transformation was about turning knowledge into confident action: “My result was moving from theory to practice. I learned to attune to the client, assess their state through NeuroOrbits, and choose the right tools in the moment.”

“I became convinced that working with state and rebuilding the foundation is essential. Without it, progress toward goals is hard. Now I can communicate this value to clients while staying grounded myself.”

She was also impressed by the program’s depth: “We received the most up-to-date, cutting-edge knowledge about the brain, delivered through an exceptionally structured and clear approach. And none of it stayed theoretical. Triad practice gave me real experience in a safe environment and significantly strengthened my confidence.”

    Program rating: 9/10
    Olena Khvostyk

  • Vitalina came specifically to address workplace stress and burnout at the somatic level. “My main result: I understand how the Neurointegration method works, and I have a practical tool for working with the somatic level of stress and burnout.”

Going through all three roles — coach, client, and observer — was essential: “It gave me a three-dimensional understanding of the method: not just theory, but lived experience from every angle.”
Most importantly: “I tested the method on myself as a client. It works. This is not theory.”

She now sees clear pathways to integrate Neurointegration into career consulting, coaching, and corporate wellness. The program’s atmosphere — “without pretense, human” — and the ability to learn at her own pace, make mistakes, and receive concrete feedback were key differentiators.

“This isn’t just a course you complete and forget. It’s a feeling of belonging to a professional community. After the program, I feel confident applying the method and see enormous opportunities for integrating it into corporate work.”

    Program rating: 10/10
    Vitalina Khristoradova

  • Anna’s program experience was marked by three key breakthroughs: “First, the skill of leading my first sprint — in a learning context — which was scary, interesting, unexpected, and ultimately yielded results. Second, two internal insights that were completely unexpected and caught me off guard... but I’m deeply grateful for them. Third, by the end of the program, I found a belief in myself.”

The atmosphere was central: “In this atmosphere you want to learn, you start believing in yourself and in people. I felt that others were genuinely happy for me, celebrating my small successes — that’s an incredible feeling that, unfortunately, I don’t experience often enough. The gentle, caring support throughout the program was extraordinary.”

    Program rating: 9/10
    Anna Chaika
    Career changer, Russia, Singapore
  • Jenny came with a frustration many professionals share: “I’d completed various training programs in coaching and development, but always had this feeling of scattered knowledge — no holistic understanding of how to practically build client work, what it means to be a coach, how to genuinely help someone achieve lasting change.”

The Neurointegration program resolved this: “It didn’t just give me tools — it gave me a method I can work with deeply, structurally, and flexibly. Thanks to a clear methodology, my own practice, and the community of like-minded professionals, I gained confidence in myself as a coach.”

  • Ksenia’s goal was specific and practical: “I came here for state management — not to learn what to do when things are already on fire, but to master this as a skill I can use throughout the day, proactively.”

The program delivered: “I understood how to restore my resources. I became more attuned to myself throughout the day. And at the same time, I actually became more focused.”

    Ksenia Korj
    Psychologist, Ukraine
  • Ksenia was struck by the educational craft behind the program: “I noted a brilliantly constructed learning process — the way the program is built, the touchpoints with students, the thoughtfulness of the practice components. All of it is at an incredibly high level.”

The method itself was equally compelling: “A very structured and clear method, a set of practices and steps that you can initially use as-is, and later adapt to yourself and your clients.”

She particularly valued the checklists and templates: “With them, we went deeper, analyzed each other’s work. The methodology and program design are absolutely top-tier.”

    Program rating: 10/10
    Ksenia Yurjeva
    HR Head, Cyprus
  • Tatyana’s experience demonstrates the method’s real-world resilience: “My state is wonderful, despite a ‘storm’ in my family. I can recover and catch moments of joy. My ability to notice has grown enormously.”

The program’s emotional warmth sustained her through challenges: “The program launch and meeting the instructors and curators — there was so much warmth and love that the charge lasted through a third of the journey. The triad interactions and mutual support were a remarkable experience.”

She especially valued the live Q&A sessions with Katerina: “A treasure trove of knowledge that the instructors share generously.”

    Program rating: 10/10
    Tatyana Semchishina

  • Marina came to the program hoping to study the method for future private practice — but what she gained went far beyond a new skill set. “My intention expanded: it became a journey of self-discovery, of exploring my identity as a coach. I gained a stability in the method that I simply can’t live without now.”

“I can say with 100% confidence that I am a Neurointegration coach. After previous trainings — even after university — I’d spend months doubting myself, feeling inexperienced. Some knowledge would even get abandoned. But here, I feel grounded: I understand how the brain works, I’m reading additional literature with genuine excitement, and I consider myself part of a growing community of professionals.”

She found the algorithm of client support remarkably clear and transparent, and valued the mid-program integration week for recharging before the second half. But the triad practice was the real breakthrough: “It opened so much — how to give gentle feedback as an observer, what kind of coach I am, how I react when things don’t go as planned. Invaluable.”

Her final words to the team: “I didn’t expect this program to be so unique and useful. I feel like I’ve been rebuilt from the inside. This is the best training I’ve ever taken.”

    Program rating: 10/10
    Marina Vyatkina
    Coach, Russia
  • Irina came to the program fresh from a promotion to research director in infectious immunology. Her goals were ambitious: improve lab efficiency, help staff with career development, and even support hospital physicians with their mental state and workflow.

“My key results are many, and they’re all important. I see how the method works and can be adapted to completely different requests. I understood, felt, and experienced firsthand how deep listening and dissociation techniques help assemble the complete picture of a client and mirror it back.”

The program’s structure impressed her: “I loved the predictability, the quantity and quality of materials. Even when the weekly workload was heavy, it never triggered resistance. The Q&A sessions were special days — they gave both energy and calm simultaneously.”

“Overall, the program exceeded my expectations! This is the second-best training I’ve ever taken — in content, result, feel, and atmosphere. Thank you to the entire team, and to Katerina for seeing herself in burnout years ago and deciding to figure it out in this particular way.”

    Program rating: 10/10
    Irina Linge
    Biologist, immunologist, PhD, Dr.Sc., Russia
  • Vera’s original plan was organizational: create a more comfortable atmosphere for employees, help some recover from burnout, help others rediscover the value of their work. But the program changed her trajectory: “I now also want to do private practice — it fills me with energy and drives me forward.”

“I leave the program with a vector for several directions. I’m inspired to take new steps, and I feel an inner foundation to support them.”

The most vivid moments involved the principles of Milton Erickson: “First I tried to understand them intellectually, then I saw them in action — that was extraordinary. The triad sessions were incredibly bright, especially the discussion afterward when the observer would highlight the magic that had happened.”

“When I entered the program, I had no idea how profoundly I would transform. And I really, really like the person I’m becoming.”

    Program rating: 10/10
    Vera Andreeva

She gained both theoretical depth and practical confidence through the full cycle of sessions in three roles. “The general positive atmosphere and feeling of support from the entire Institute team was consistent throughout.”

What happened instead was a wholesale upgrade: “I received not only the technology and instruments I came for — there was an upgrade of all my prior knowledge and skills. A seamless connection, integration, and amplification of every other competency.”

Now I have a clear direction for both professional and personal growth.”

    Evgenia Olkova
    HR manager, Russia
  • Anna experienced one of the program’s most profound outcomes: a transformation of professional identity. “There were many expected and unexpected results, but the key one is my new identity — a new person born inside me who will now lead me to the changes I want in the new year.”

This new identity — confident in herself as a coach — emerged through the combination of rigorous neuroscience content and real practice with clients. The program gave her what previous trainings couldn’t: a complete, integrated system rather than scattered tools.

    Program rating: 10/10
    Anna Smolskaya
    Preschool education teacher, trainer, Russia
  • Anna’s goal was specific: help herself, IT leaders, and IT teams understand and manage their own state. “On my own example, I saw the results of going through NeuroSprints with a coach. And that is super cool. A desire emerged to try myself not only in group work, but in individual sprints too.”

The transformation in the triad practice was her most vivid memory: “From the first nerve-wracking mini-session to the later ones, where confidence and mutual understanding were already palpable. The program’s rhythm and study plan were enormously helpful. It was absolutely great!”

    Program rating: 10/10
    Anna Ukstina

  • Olesya’s story illustrates how the program creates organizational ripple effects. “I came with goals around building a multi-career and private practice. Then my management staff became interested in the training and proposed that I also work with the team.”

“I consider my key result the knowledge and skills for guiding a client from their starting point to achieving their goal. But equally important is a skill that was specifically honed during this program: tracking and working with my own state.”

The practice in triads, supervisions stood out: “Working in such a trusting atmosphere is incredibly inspiring.” She also highlighted the business workshop as unexpectedly useful and interesting.

    Program rating: 10/10
    Olesya Doronina

  • Nadezhda works with high-achieving teams prone to burnout and came to find tools for supporting their mental health and boosting performance. “My faith that I can do this grew stronger. I went through an honest sprint myself and proved on my own experience that it works. I started noticing and managing my own state.”

The program’s design resonated deeply: “I received both joy and drive in the process! Enormous gratitude for how the program is designed and how the process unfolds. Time for rest and digesting information, while also being genuinely challenging in places — brain-melting moments.”

“I’d call it soft power — where everything came together: a strong methodological foundation on one side, and the support of a supervisor and triad on the other.”

    Program rating: 10/10
    Nadezhda Zhmaeva
    Team leader, Russia
  • Olga’s testimony is a practical proof point: “My main result is my own state during a period of intense workload and implementing the method, sprints, and practices. I survived! And that means I now know for certain that the method and sprints work.”

“And even if something goes wrong, you can always return to your foundation and joy and start again. I have confidence, I have my coach’s toolkit, and most importantly, I have the knowledge.”

What moved her most: “Watching the client open up, being proud of their successes, drawing inspiration from it, and growing yourself.” This direct experience of the method’s power — witnessed firsthand — gave her the conviction to bring it to her corporate work.

  • Galina came with practical goals: supporting her team of classroom teachers, helping new staff adapt, and running her class with self-assurance. The program expanded her vision: “Beyond the team, I now want to create a product for a broader audience, though I’m still choosing between adults and teenagers.”

“My key result was formulating my mission. And understanding that the main instrument in this work is myself — the better I care for myself, the better results my clients get.”

She valued the precisely planned program structure and the variety of material formats: “The triad work is a separate treasure trove of value.”

“Enormous gratitude for the love and conviction with which you do this! It shows in everything, and this level of quality is something I want to take for myself too.”

    Galina Shestakova
    School administrator, team leader, Russia
  • Yana entered expecting professional skills and discovered personal transformation: “Perhaps the key result isn’t even that I mastered a new profession, although that’s important too. The key result is how I came to know myself, shifted my self-perception for the better, and became more grounded. My confidence genuinely increased. I didn’t expect this.”

The program’s structure resonated deeply: “It unfolds one piece at a time, like a puzzle that eventually reveals the full picture.” She valued the reflections and the supervisor’s feedback on them: “What I learned about myself in this program, I didn’t know before taking it.”

The triad practice, initially terrifying, became a highlight: “I was scared, but there was no alternative, so I just did it while being afraid — and it was amazing.”

    Yana Mamaeva
    Sales manager, Russia
  • Anna’s transformation was deeply personal: “My key result is in my own life. Every day I started noticing how good it is to be alive! How wonderful it feels to lie on a comfortable mattress, how beautiful the nature around me is, how delicious tangerines smell, how I get goosebumps listening to our cohort’s anthem.”

“I’m writing this with tears in my eyes, because this is what it means to feel the taste of life and be happy. Not by denying all the difficulties that exist in each of our lives. But now I know how to choose how I react, how to influence my own state, and how to live more fully.”

Her intention expanded during the program: “I realized it was important to dive deep into the method, study it for use with clients individually and in groups, and for my own personal results in life — all grounded in understanding how the brain works.”

    Program rating: 10/10
    Anna Golubeva
    Psychologist, Russia
  • Yulia found the program delivered dual transformation: “As a coach, I gained valuable, accessible knowledge about the brain — grounded in science and easy to pass on to clients. I received a complete client support algorithm and practice in a learning sprint. And a strong desire to keep creating ripple effects.”

“As a student, I experienced an entirely different kind of learning — without pressure, criticism, or fear of not measuring up. With tremendous support, care, and exceptional organization of the process.”

She praised nearly everything: the workload distribution, the beautiful materials, the various information formats, the practice in three roles, the reflections that helped her observe herself and claim her progress. The supportive atmosphere and growing curiosity kept her engaged throughout.

  • Margarita experienced something that speaks to the program’s design: her motivation grew rather than faded. “My interest in the method and its practical application didn’t just stay — it multiplied.
